I work at a sit down office job where I gained at least 20 pnds in 1 year and I got to my highest weight of 213 pnds. When I got on the scale that morning and weighed myself I freaked out and immediately knew I needed to do something with my wedding comming up June 14th well.. I went and bought this product and started taking it March 3rd 2008 I had my wedding dress alterations on April 18th and by that time with minimal exersize and properly eating (water only, no fast food!, and minimal food daily) I lost 25 pnds they had to take in my dress 3 inches on each side and I give it all up to NV not only did it give me the caffine boost that was much needed for my boring job but also to replace the need for soda pop. I use to be 148 lbs, after taking this for two weeks I've gone down to a size 135. I've stopped taking it for over a year and I'm still 135. I never changed anything. I rarely, if not ever, exercised, and my diet would properly give health freaks heart attacks. I mainly took this stuff for my hair and nails, which btw my hair went from three inches to fifteen inches in a year. I normally have genes for fast hair growth but this stuff gave it even more boost of growing power. The nails as well, but I'm a nail biter so they just look really healthy not long. I'm currently not taking these and it has been over a year since the last pill, but I haven't gain a single pound from doing so. I might use it again just to lose 15 pounds more. Some other pills may be cheaper but they don't work as effectively and if you stop taking them you gain your weight back plus more. I hope this review helped. I always had a problem when it came to my nails, not so much with my hair though. I saw the commercial and read some good and bad reviewers, but what caught me by surprise was the [$], pretty low for what one pill a day does. I didn't try the pills for weight loss because there is no magic bullet, but boy does this stuff works. It really does what it says and more. I'm currently under a lot of stress and heavily medicated so my body, particularly nails and hair takes a toll. This pill really helped. It helped me gain back what I've lost from my time in despair. The medicine made my hair fall out, so when I started taking this it made it stop, which is good, because I'm recently trying to grow my hair long again. I am not being paid nor is this a con. This really and truly works. My first experience with this pill was on a road trip with my sister and I needed something to stay awake. My sister gave me one of her pills and WOW, I was amazed at the energy and loss of appetite that this one pill gave me. When I returned back home, I went and purhased my own. I have loss some weight with this pill but not as much I would like to and here is why. ME!!!! I don't exercise and I still eat sweets (my weakness). One good thing that I can say about this pill is even though I am not losing like I should, it is maintaining my weight. I am eating junk that I need to stay away from and this pill is keeping me from gaining more weight which is why I am still eating the junk. With NV you loose weight really quick! You see results fast. I took it for approximately 2 weeks and my abs started showing. If you want to see the desired results though, you have to take it all the time, because when you stop, you gain almost all the weight back, just as fast as you lost it (if you eat more than usual and don't exercise).
