This is a great vacuum for the price. Paid [$]. Great pick up and suction. Controls work well, .. make certain to read instruction book. The waste container was quite full after a few rooms were vacuumed. Those rooms were also done yesterday on another machine. I was really surprized. Read more

This vacuum lacked the one thing a vacuum should have, suction! From the first time we used it, it wasnt picking up anything. The attachments work better than the main vacuum but it's ridiculous to get on your hands and knees to clean the entire carpet with an attachment. I am so disappointed. We have used this vacuum twice after and it still has minimal suction. The attachment piece is so short that while trying to clean the floor with it the HEAVY vacuum fell right over on me. Read more

This vaccum cleaner is far too heavy. If you live in a two-story home, as I do, it is extremly awkward and very heavy to move upstairs and back downstairs. When you go to empty the cleaner, it is very messy and dusty. Its a real mess. It does not pick up as well as it should, even when you try the different settings. My folks bought this for me when they broke my Dirt Devil. It is heavy to maneuver, lacks decent suction, and is difficult to empty the catch-cup and filter. I have a Golden Retriever, so I am vacuuming everyday. My cheap Dirt Devil ($55) did a better job than this. Read more
