Love the quality of the wood, you can't get any better than this! The detail is beautiful. Extremely sturdy, will definitely last through teenage years.jaydens granpa' was really nice at the moment he decide to buy this crib for hes grandson !!! Really wish the bed rails were included with the purchase of the crib, that would have been nice. I fell in love with this crib in the store. Had a hard time getting the peices in stock together, but it was well worth the wait It was easy to put together and looks fabulous. We searched long and hard for safe, high-quality furniture for our baby. We didn't know what we were having and weren't sure what type of finish we would want with our neutral bedding. The Cache Heritage collection looks so beautiful in our little girl's room and we couldn't be happier. The quality is wonderful and there is not a part of me that questions her safety when she is sleeping. The crib is very sturdy and still. My husband and I are first time parents and were very concerned with the sturdiness of the crib we purchased. We walked around the showroom of Babies'R'Us with our test of leaning against the crib to see which was most solid. This crib was the only one that didn't lean or creak or anything. To this day it has withstood a lot of wear and tear and a heavy baby.=) It is extremely solid and strong and I trust it entirely. Not to mention how extremely beautiful it is. My husband assembled it with no problem in about 45 minutes or less. Directions were easy to read and follow. Fits standard mattresses PERFECTLY with NO room on the side which I appreciated. Slats close together. Very safe. Converts with growth of child all the way up to full size bed! My little one can use this for at least 18 years and if he doesn't like it I'll use it as a foot and headboard for the guest room bed. I love this crib!! Very sturdy and beautiful! My daughter has been in it since the day she came home from the hospital. She was never in our bedroom. Fortunately, the front rail is high because she's trying to climb out now at 22 1/2 months. We are just now ordering the toddler bed guard rail. Unfortunately, the front rail is high because I'm only 5'2". The only challenge was at night getting her in there as a newborn, but I managed. You can't have everything. It was a small issue for me in the grand scheme of things. Don't let that change your mind. I even had a C- Section and I managed fine. Also, the manufacture is fantastic to work with. We were missing a couple of screws and they had a whole bag at my house in 2 days! The only other minor issue that I figured out was the mobile. Because the detail of the bed is so nice and curvy There wasn't a flat section for the mobile. I was using the Rainforest Mobile. I was able to position it on one of the sides. Read more

We bought this be in 8/09 awaiting the arrival of our little girl. I just love walking into her room and seeing this furniture. We also bought the armoire and dresser. When we took the armoire out of box, it had a large gash in the back of the cabinet and the shelf was chipped- I simply emailed the manufacturer, since both pieces are removable, showed pics and proof of purchase. They sent us a new back and shelf at no charge. Simple fix rather than taking that large piece of furniture back to the store that was 65 miles away... Key thing- if you buy this furniture and go to pick it up, be prepared for large boxes and a lot of trash. We had to take ours to the dump becuase so much box- but like i said, we bought 3 pieces too. The bed is very easy to put together, husband and friend had it up in 15 minutes tops. Armoire and dresser fully assembled- hence the massiveness of the boxes. Read more
