I'm not joking, I fell in love with my mop! It is the BEST.....even my husband LOVES it! We argue over "it's MY turn, no it's MY turn!" It is fun to use......we have 2 small doggies with 8 little feet all over our tile floors. It is like a magic moment when all those prints go away!! I have never been happier with an appliance EVER. It steams like crazy and one would think that it would remove anything and everything from the surface it is in contact with. I purchased this specifically for a cat room that my husband and I have in our house. (We rescue animals). We have just plain old linoleum on the floor. Very easy to clean surface. But there are some things that wouldn't come off easy (and I clean this room several times a day, so I bought this product. It steams the dirt away, but forget anything that may be hard to clean up. The steam makes the mop cloth saturated with water and it's just another mop but more expensive. I paid a lot of money for this product hoping it would take care of my needs to have it not. Money we don't have and to spend on something that doesn't work. So my review on this product is that it isn't very good. Sorry Read more

Was a little leary after reading some other reviews but after using am very satisfied with purchase. Used on laminate flooring and vinyl. Drying time was very quick on laminate with no streaking as previously mentioned. Took longer on vinyl - I'm sure due to going very very slowly causing more steam so as to clean/disenfect in kitchen/bath. My white socks that I wear throughout the house stay white! I feel the power cord is long enough - longer and it would get in the way. Also used on carpet peepee spots caused by our new puppy. Truly removed all the odors. I have a 3000 sq ft home with ceramic tile throughout. I love this steam mop! It cleans so thoroughly! It's easy to use, quick heating and steams for at least 20 minutes before having to add more water. The only cons as far as I am concerned is, the cord should be retractable or at least have a 'holder' for when it is stored, and the cord that attaches the cleaning pad gets in the way because it is too long. However, both of these cons are easily remeded with velcro straps! Read more
