The finish is great. The fit was nearly perfect... the only negative I have is related to the installation instructions. They clearly outline and visually depict how the well nuts are to be installed in the vehicle frame spar. The instructions do not accurately show the size of opening required to install the well nuts. I followed the instructions, only to find that I needed to enlarge the hole (width ways) inorder to pass the well nut through. I was concerned the hitch would hang low after installation, but it's a perfect fit. Using my stand-away bike rack (with 2" adapter) is no problem whatsoever.
