Probably the best jacket I have ever bought! It is definitely worth every penny- It comes with a lifetime warranty so you dont have a lot to lose! It is so comfortable! it keeps the wind out, I stay warm all day in this coat! Great for boarding or just playing around in the cold! It is very cute as well, I get tons of complements on this thing! I was looking for a sporty/stylish jacket that would keep me warm, but was versatile to dress up or down. I am a PTA Mom and run from one school mtg or event to the next. During the winter months it is difficult to move around with bulky clothing/coats on. So I opted for a winter jacket that offered ventilation. This jacket has under arm vents, warm pockets, inside small pocket for IPod-music device, detachable hood. It has all the bells and whistles. The jacket has other items that I have not figured out what they are for yet-probably because I have never gone skiing, which I assume the jacket is made for. Any how, I find the jacket to be quite warm, you really only need to wear a light weight sweater underneath. My only con would be that the jacket tag does not tell you what all the jacket hooks, cords are for inside of the jacket. But overall I am very happy and will purchase other Burton jackets or coats. Handles well in single digit weather with wind chill. Positive it will handle in the negative temperatures also. Being lightweight is a plus...allows more movement than the heavyweight jackets, when outdoors. Read more

I got this jacket for christmas this year and it's fantastic. warm, good looking and functional. the magnetic buttons are great for speed and when wearing mittens. mainly when wearing mittens. they're also really neat, because seriously, there's a bunch of magnets in your jacket and you just slap the front closed and it makes a great 'SNAP' noise. They're also on the pockets so if you like you can leave the pockets unzipped the the magnets'll keep 'em closed. I think the ipod/MP3 player holder with the headphone slots is a little silly. But then again I've never been a huge fan of MP3 players, give me a tape player any day. But that'll fit in the nice MP3 play pocket any day too. The faux fur collar is great too, it warm and fuzzy like a scarf without the extra bulk, soft for chins and faces, without the death of some poor grey colored animal. fantastic! it's well made, cozy and wonderful.
