Well, im 26 and I have joint pain in both my knees, from playing extreme sports and being just a plan tomboy. (LOL) Now that im older, I work and go to school. im girly girl now, not so rough anymore! (LOL) Anyhow, So I started having this uncomfortable feelings in all my joint, espeacailly my knees. HATED walking stairs and working out was a promblem as well. Till one day I seen the info commerical about elations and decided to try it. Cause doctors and horse size pills, out of the question. So yea I triedn it out for a month and it made a big difference. This drink is perfect! I finally feel like i did when i was in high school. (lol) no more neck and knee pain. So much more enerjetic! brand new!!! PS. i have only tried one flavor, crann/apple.... i dont like the sour taste after words. but i drink it b/c it works and i just remind myself it does a body good! I can't take the giant sized pills, so taking this supplement was out of the question, until Elations. I like the taste, it's super easy to remember to drink, I take it in the morning before I eat. Since I'm in my second month I feel the difference. For me the pains in my back and knee are gone.
