I bought this boat about two years ago and use it once or twice a month. I love it!! I can go by myself fishing after work or on weekends and don't have to wait for someone to go with me or help me launch it. I have an anchor that I drop off on the boat ramp after launching and while I am parking the trailer. It is so light and use it on many of the lakes around Austin TX and Central Texas. I bass fish out of it and have even fished tournament with it. I have a 35 lb thrust trolling motor on it and would like to put a 5HP on it eventually. My friends that have kayaks envy me having a trolling motor and the stability and storage room that it provides. I can take ice chest, net, large tackle box, etc. for myself and one other and have room to spare. Have found no disadvantages to it and highly recommend it. This boat is nice in visual....very comfortable, easy to manueveur....however...I bought it brand new from Dick's and it was leaking all over the place....I brought it back and waited 5 weeks for another....got it.....and it was leaking all over the place....now the very next year it is $200 dollars more expensive????? Do yourself a favor and buy something made out of metal... Read more

Took this boat out yesterday, with me and a buddy, loaded with motor, and all of our stuff, boat was great, very stable, very comfortable, handled great, even tried it out with some wake from big boats, no problem, was able to go through appr., 4-5" of water, with ease, if your lookin at this for a small boat, buy it, you'll love this lil boat. The Predator tows easily with a small trailer and I've seen one other person who hauls his in the back of his pickup. When you buy this boat, buy the electric plug for the bow socket for an electric motor as finding the plug locally can be a problem. Read more
