We fell in love with this crib months before Ethen came. A close friend actually wanted to purchase it for us, so we ordered it [...] BIG BOX! I had to store it at my parents' house while we were moving into our new house. Ethen hated sleeping in his pack'n'play because it was not very supportive and kind of uncomfortable. During the moving process, he slept in his swing. The first night we had the crib set up, he slept through the night! My only real problems I have had with it is how easily it scratches (bending over and picking him up, belt buckles and jewelry scratched it very quickly). Ethen will be 10 months on the 7th and has been pulling up and chewing on the railing. I also don't really care for how the bumper pad isn't able tie on very easily. This crib is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate in its style. It is worth its weight in gold! My husband and I were going to go with Babi Italia's Pinehurst Espresso collection but when this came out I knew it was the one! It is a very dark rich Cherry color but it's not the average Cherry that you often see with a reddish tint it's borderline Espresso in my opinion. If you are not going to purchase the matching dresser then you may have a difficult time finding Cherry colored furniture that comes close to the color...I know I am. My husband put it together and was not complaining at all it took no more than an hour to assemble. I haven't purchased a mobile yet but I'm hoping when I do it'll attach easily to the crib. I would definitley recommend this lifetime crib to anyone! Read more

This crib was a dream come true. I knew I had to have it as soon as I saw it online and read all the wonderful reviews. It's even better in person. It was relatively easy to put together (the instructions were a bit convuluted, but still not bad). We bought an adult dresser and chest to go with this so our baby can grow into it while still having more than enough drawer space for everything. I can't wait to have our baby in July so she can start using her room. The crib is expensive, but not as bad as some of those designer ones out there. It's totally worth [$] for the quality you get. We also purchased the bed rails to convert later on. I would recommend this to anyone! Read more

I absolutly love this crib set!!! my parents purchsed the Crib, Changing table and Chifferobe for my baby girl. [...] and it only took my boyfriend less then an hour to put together! My mother purchased this crib for us back in May of 2008. The crib is great!!!! We couldn't be happier with it. It has a beautiful finish, although my daughter has put a few teeth marks in it- so I suggest getting a gum guard or something of the sort to avoid this. But otherwise, great crib for the money.
