I purchased the shark as opposed to the H20 mops because reviews over all were better. There is a lot of steam and it's easy to use however if it's old dirt and not a new stain.. It takes a bit of elbow grease and some extra scrubbing with other products to blast through before completing the job with the Shark. Overall I am pleased with it. I wish they gave more pads with it though.. They don't wash up well and I have only had my mop 2 months and want more pads. They might want to put an abrasive on the edge of the pads to get up tougher dirt/grime so a second product wouldn't have to be used with tougher jobs. Read more

No place dirtier than the desert. Our tile is always in need of a steam cleaning. Works Quite well. I know you think that what you see on TV infomercials is too good to be true, but not in this case. We are pleased. Only down fall is the water tank is small. But that is a small price for something so economical and works very well. Read more

I was sceptic when I bought the Shark Mop thinking it sounded too good to be true. And reading the first about 20 reviews somewhere in the internet of it didn't help. But when I stumbled over a review or 2 from people who had found out how to handle the fragile instrument, I must admit they made may day!! Strange that the info at the Shark Mop website or the papers that come with it doesn't mention what these superusers taught me and others reading their advice: 1) Push gently if floor is very dirty/or of it otherwise doesn't move easily by itself. 2) Yes, the floor might look hazy after using the mob. That's not dirt, it's old excess soap. After 5 uses it'll be gone. 3) Yes, the handle is fragile. It can break if you lean it up a wall and it falls from that height. 4) Wet the fabric/mop part w warm water before you start mopping. 5) Soak the fabric/mop part in soap water after use. This product works just as good as it looks on tv. Light weight, easy to use, does a great job cleaning even without soap or cleaners! Great for bathroom floors where hairspray build-up is a problem. It is alot quicker to use than a regular mop and pail, you are done in no time mopping. It has a really long power cord. My only complaint is the cord comes from the bottom of the unit and can get in the way of mopping, you have to hold it up and out of the way. Our house is mostly tile floors, so this is great for cleaning those. It saves money too, no more buying cleaners! I LOVE it! Read more

I was so skeptical about this but I must say it is wonderful!! It cleans even the hairspray off my bathroom floor.(I had to scrub it on my knees before) Also so cost effective compared with a swiffer. You wash the pads and reuse them. I only wish the pads were easily found to purchase. I guess I will have to order them from the company when they need replaced. This is so easy to use. Read more
