My husband had looked online to know where to find instructions. They are in the mattress spring box. Instructions were easy to follow. Even our cat helped put it together. It looks beautiful as well as being very functional! Well worth the money spent, especially when you consider that this may be the last piece of bedroom furniture you may have to buy for your child until they move out! It was a breeze to put together, although it has been a little cumbersome to change the height of the crib mattress. I'm average height, 5'4" and I need a little step stool to lay my son down since the crib side is not adjustable. Since the drop-down cribs are the ones I tend to see recalled, I would much rather deal with the stool. Our son is 8 months old and we're expecting our second child in just a few months. That's why we're going to be buying another one of these cribs soon. For the money you can't beat it! The quality is superb and the crib is as functional as it is beautiful. We looked at much more expensive "designer" cribs and found that they were not even as nice or sturdy as this one.
