First, I must say that I'm a very active guy, and conscious about my heatlh. I wouldn't take anything that would harm or otherwise put strain on my body or overall wellbeing. That being said, Hydorxycut is a great way to maintain the energy levels I need to keep up with my daily life. And since I don't always have the time to eat what I'm supposed to, Hydoxycut has me covered for those few meals a week that I have to grab something fast. I didn't rate this as a quickl fix because I truly believe you must use this as a part of an overall lifestyle change. Also, definitely do NOT take this after 4:00 PM...
