These work but you must watch how you take it. First of all, they must be taken at least an hour before mealtime to be effective and I take 2 in the morninbg which lasts me through most of the day but then I take 2 about 4pm for the evening meal and wait about an hour and take 2 more as the evening is my most difficult time. The previous person stated correctly that they will not be effective if you are an emotional or depressed eater, you must plan your nutrition with these and also I agree with the writer that suggested charting fluid intake to be safe, that can get real tricky, I found in the beginning I would get hungry before I got thirsty, I found the pills more effective against thirst than hunger. I also implement a walking routine several times a day for about 20 minutes on a treadmill. I started taking this religiously about 7 days ago. As of today I have NO appetite, sometimes a small desire to pick at food. I make sure, however, that I do eat healthy, very small portions of food throughout the day. This stuff is the real deal. I have already dropped 6 pounds of water without exercising. Goal is to lose 48 more pounds, and this stuff will definitely get me there. For people considering Hoodia: Make sure to use it for at least 7-10 days before deciding if it is right for you. I bought this product after a family member mentioned how well Hoodia worked for her. I didn't thing to ask exactly which Hoodia product she used, however. I found that these pills did nothing to suppress my appetite. I took one before lunch and dinner with 10 oz of water just as the instructions stated, but with absolutely no results. I am of a healthy weight, but am looking to lose the 10 pounds I have gained over the last 6 months. I would definitely not recommend this product to others! Save your money. Read more
