very small, slim profile, easy to sync music from Windows Media Player or Realplayer or just drag and drop mp3 files from music folder on computer, cannot listen to while charging- only 1 port for either headphones or USB charger, used up 2GB faster than I thought I would- holds a little less than 500 mp3 songs, battery life is okay not great, battery recharges quickly- 3 to hours, great deal for the money, sennheiser headphones are good quality, hard to find a case for it, voice recorder is loud and clear, good fm radio reception, pics and video would take up too much space with less than 2gb storage, tiny screen not good for video viewing Read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my pink! It's so cute and the girliest prettiest shade of pink ever. The buttons are super sensitive, super touchy and you press everything you don't mean to at first until you get the hang of it. Very easy to put mp3 songs on- either drag and drop from a folder on your computer or sync using Windows Media Player or Realplayer. Can only make one playlist on the player unless you rearrange all your music on the computer and even then some songs don't go to the right artists or genre but I think this happens with some other players too. Picture quality isn't awesome and to be perfectly honest, with only 2GB on this thing, I don't mess with it because it's a waste of precious song space. Can't comment on video quality but you need to use included CD to convert videos to smv format. Again, a waste of space for me, so I don't utilize this feature. I would say I hate this device but I don't know if I do or not. I can't figure out how to work it. It has the WORST directions of anything I've ever used. The device is cute and small and that's what I was looking for when I had to reluctantly replace the one I've used for several years. If I ever figure out what I'm doing with it I will change to a kinder review but I don't have a lot of hope for that. Reading the (deplorable) directions I see that one can only make playlists using the buttons on the device and do it individually for every song through a process- there seems to be no ability to do so on the computer. I will lose patience with that very quickly. Presuming I ever get that far. I think it's probably not a well thought out/user friendly device to begin with but the directions make a bad situation terrible. I'm off to beg my son to figure it out...and probably to look at other mp3 players. Read more
