This unit is a good complimentary piece of equipment to go along with a general exercise routine. It targets the stomach muscles, which is a big problem area for a lot of people. It is also easier than having to use the floor. The video helps to get you started and the booklet included adds to those exercises. READ all the information in the booklet, make sure your equipment is safely put together, and then start out slowly at first and build up your routine. It also helps to have someone watch you for the first few times. The only disappointment was in not being able to store it under a futon or my bed, because of the shape of the top. Still, it doesn't take up that much room.I was going to buy an XL, but I am 5'4" tall and don't need the extra. This is the right one for me. I am happy with my purchase. Read more

I love the Ab Lounge I only had it for like 3 weeks and I can already tell the different. My stomach is much tighter and my leg are stronger. When you finish your exercise you will most definitely feel the different. The Ab Lounge let you know your goals are being accomplish. I already started recommending this product to others. Great product that was easy to assemble and even easier to use. Also, it's fun - I actually enjoy using it and it works well for the abs. I think it was well worth getting the model that folds, otherwise it takes up A LOT of room when open. The only drawback that I can see is that you have to do a couple of things before you can fold it, but it really is not that difficult Read more
