We just installed our fridge from Fisher and Paykel two days ago. It's really pretty there is no question about that, the design is great, it fits perfectly into a small kitchen tight with space. I can't comment on anything else, but I do have one problem with it already and that is I was not aware of the filter system, that is European, which I think should be mentioned before you buy it, or when you buy it, to make adjustments on the filter system water line. It does not take copper water line, it has its own plastic one. If it's practical I don't know, but it is definitaly a set back after you install new drywall and have only copper water line and no faucet line. I'm disappointed with the craftsmanship and quality that I expected to be a lot higher for the price. I bought all appliances from Fisher and Paykel and will see in time, if they're any good, I know that I really like their dishwasher and I have it for quite some time, to say it is really nice and works real well. The look of this refrigerator is beautiful. The major drawback is that the shclves are not removable and/or you are not able to have one really tall shelf. As a result, I have to lay down some products, and this is very annoying. Read more

I had this refrigerator for 5 months now. The ice maker does not work. The repair man came out 3 times and can not get it to work. F&P exchanged a replacement and still the ice maker does not work, apparently the water fill hose is freezing up. F&P is awared of this problem with this model and now offering to refund my money. I took 4 days off work so I can have this refrigerator fix but now I have to return it for a full refund.. What a waste of time & money. Don't buy this model!!! Read more

I haven't had this refridgerator for more than a month and already I had to have the first one exchanged (it didn't work) and now I am having another repair man come out to look at it. It seems to be working ok but there is a code on the door with a wrench flashing telling me that there is something wrong. Very frustrating. Read more
