Simply amazing, I was worried about newer technology and the machine sensors and balancing but when I turned it on all the fears went away. You can barely hear it run and the clothes come out clean. Matched with the same model dryer and I am a happy camper. We have 2 washing machines going maybe 3 days a week so quality was a purchase decision as I wait until I read reviews but not this time. Bought this washer recently and am impressed so far. It's pricey and takes a while to get used to the new technology, but it's super quiet, provides excellent results and is beautifully designed. It's a high efficiency machine like the newer front loaders so it requires HE detergent and can take up to an hour to run a load depending on your settings, but without those nasty door leaks I keep reading about in front load washer reviews. It's not a big time-saver, that's for sure. So the real question is, will it save energy and money in the long run? Only time will tell. We're planning to purchase the dryer in the next few months. I purchased this last September because my mom insisted that I get a new washer because I had my second child on the way. I am thrilled that I did. This machine has made it possible for me to have a laundry day as opposed to the three days that it used to take me. This machine has so many setting and is very energy effiecient. You can also take it off on your taxes bc it's energy star. You can fit a ton in here. It's not too hard on your clothes, gets everything super clean, and is easy to use. I highly recommend this to anyone with kids. I know it costs a lot, but it will save you a ton of money and time over the long run and as a mom what could be more important than that? Read more

I have washed 6 loads in this machine and have yet to have any clean clothes. Tried different settings, everything you can think of. I am going to give it a little more time. I was very excited about the new tech but now it just sucks. The dryer is great. But I want a match set. Going to call consumer support tomorrow. If no luck their going back. Read more
