I have used this product in the past to drop weight fast, and am currently using to get rid of some extra pounds gained over the last year or so. Stuff works great, I have lost close to 10 pounds in a little over two weeks using Ripped Fuel Extreme partnered with a strict diet and moderate daily exercise that includes plenty of crunches. I think the most beneficial aspect of this product for me is the appetite suppression it provides. I am not very hungry all day after taking this stuff, and the best part about it is I still have plenty of energy and alertness even though I am taking in much fewer calories. As for side effects, in my case I don't really get too many except for feeling a little bit queasy when I forget to take the product with some food, and the product makes me a little bit more wired and or energetic than usual; but in my situation I can tolerate that; I used to drink about 2 decent size cups of coffee in the morning and 1 to 2 red bull energy drinks throughout … Read more

Began to take with regular exercise but after a while it started to make me feel anxious and on edge, like I needed to be running or working out all the time. I had to take it with food and lots of water otherwise it would upset my stomach. I use this product with some limitations on what I eat. It helps me jump the slumps when weight loss seem to be leveled due to my body adjusting to my training and diet. I used to be a size 48 and now a 38 and was accomplished with lite moderate cardio and weight training along with small reductions to my caloric intake. This product demonstrates immediate effect and is a great assist. Especially with the appetite suppression and fat loss. You can tell in your urine that it is removing fat. If you are easily wired or have side effects from caffeine, green tea or guarana I suggest a smaller dose as it can cause some nausea if you are on an empty stomach, also some jitteriness, but it is effective. The side effects to me were minimal as I am used to caffeine but when I tried pushing the dosage it was obvious. I would suggest that if you notice your body is getting accustomed to it, then stop for two weeks and then resume using. Read more

I started using this product about a week ago. Right away i could feel the shakiness from the 200mg of caffeine. I would only feel it after I ate something. It made me alert and It helped loose some weight in the short period. Within a week I lost around 3 lbs with an intense workout plan and diet. After a week i started to get joint pain especially in the wrists which are the joints i use the most when i lift weights. If taken with an acidic drink like orange juice it might create a burning sensation in the throat. Overall i think they are just overcaffeinated green tea pills. This product worked the first day i consumed it. Fair warning to those individuals who dont consume caffine on a daily bases. Once i reached the gym and the ingredients got into my system i was a bit wired. It definitely helped me get a better work out during the process. I'm glad i only took 2 capsules instead of the 2 caspules twice daily. I don't think i could've handled that much. If your not a heavy caffine user, be smart and start off with just 2 capsules daily. Hopefully the product does allow me to cut the fat over time, for that is my main goal. Read more
