Works verrry well!! I already had a microfiber mop so the applaction was smooth..... only down fall was the prep: I mopped my floor w/pine sol to rid of oils etc (sponge mop) ... then rinsed it twice... mannnny buckets of rinse water ... COMPLETLY DRY the apply ..... I applied 2 coats w/a dry microfiber mop to a 288sq. ft. room with 3/4 of a 27 oz bottle..... looks like I polyurthaned it... can see the reflection of my windows on the floor.. This is an absolutely FANTASTIC product!!! I have always used Quick Shine Floor Finish on our hardwood floors and frequently recommend this to homeowners as a realtor. My husband is a builder and we always look for products which highlight the wood work so that the homeowner can appreciate and care for their enhanced floor. We have tried every product on the slate tile and nothing came close to highlighting slate rock like the Quick Shine Floor Finish. We used 3 coats of Quick Shine Floor Finish and OMG!!! What a fabulous shine, fantastic colors, rock depth and all was absolutely perfectly highlighted. I can't wait to see the shining slate rock each day. My wood floors were dull looking and I didn't know what to do. I didn't expect much for [$] that included the shiner and application mop and pads but this stuff really does make your wood floors look professionally done. The shine has lasted a long time since I applied 5 coats. You have to take the time to do it right, set aside half a day to apply and let dry, apply and let dry. You won't be sorry. My search is over for a floor product that keeps the floors looking shiny while standing up to five dogs and country living. I use it once a month on my wood and tile floors and it also stands up to weekly washings. You must wash the floor before applying this product, so it does take extra work and time. Read more

The first coat looked marginally okay, so as per instructions I waited until the floor was throughly dry and tried to aply a second coat. It left a matted, streaky finish. I though that it might be because the product had become tacky on the mop so I cleaned the mop and waited to apply a third coat. It looks worse! Do not use this product! The only way to get it off is to buy yet another product from them that probably works no better. Read more
