Service center was great help but Sony was less than friendly. Replacement of a refurbished TV with a proud 90 day warrantry. Workmanship questionable.All total was without TV for near 9 weeks and possible going to be 12 weeks before I receive replacement. For the cost and bad experience I would not recommend this model or maybe Sony either.
