But you have to stay with it--daily--for more than 3 weeks before any effect can be felt. This particular flavor is STRONG on mango flavor. There are others I found easier to tolerate. I was able to go off of my rx for painful arthritis in hands,feet,and spine since I started taking joint juice. It does take some weeks to kick in and MUST be taken daily.
