First, let me point out that I didn't buy this product because I have difficulty in the "regularity" department. I bought this product because I decided to do a five-day body detox/colon cleanse, and needed a supplement that would really help the colon cleanse part. After a lot of research, this product won me over for being budget-friendly and effective. After five days of using Super Cleanse, I'm pretty happy with it. During my cleanse, I followed a strict diet of fruits and veggies, brown rice, water, and all-natural juices only, so it's hard to say whether or not my success was because of the diet or the product ... I'm hoping both. I had to take two SC capsules twice a day to achieve 3-4 bowel movements per day, and that was perfect for me because I felt really flushed out. I liked this product. I bought it to see if it would help in the weight loss area and it did do that-but I have been exercising a lot. It did make it seem easier to remove inches from my waistline and abdomen. I had no difficulty with any "detox hangover" or with a licorice taste. The black licorice taste I'm not crazy about, but this stuff really works! You do have to sort of experiment the first week to set your own personal dosage, but for me, one at night works great. I'm using it as a cleanse and to lose weight, but I'm also not as regular as I should be and this really does the trick! Read more

After reading the reviews here where a couple people were saying the tablets didnt make them go poopie, I think those folks must have only taken them for one day and expected for something to happen immediately. But these cleanse tablets dont work that way. It takes them a little time to do their stuff because they arent like laxatives with chemicals made to cause a quick exodus, but instead are natural ingredients meant to cause a CLEANSING reaction, but when they do get going....you better get to the toilet!! Nothing happened for me the first day, but after taking a pill the next morning, I had a VERY thorough bowel movement and felt good after. So be patient if it is taking the tablets a day or two to get you up to the 2-3 bowel movements a day. They do work! Read more

My son bought this product and called me about it. He is 24 and had the same problems I have going to the bathroom. We go every 3 or 4 days and its sickening. I take one at night and one in the morning. The first day after I took the night dose I had a bowel movement. I think my body went into shock because this was an off day that I had a bowel movement. It is working for me. I was concerned about taking it because I take Synthroid but it has not interferred at all with it. My concentration is awesome. I thought I was losing my mind at 54 but this has been wonderful. I am recommending it to all of my friends and co-workers that are having issues. Read more
