I am using this product along with a diet and exercise program. It helps to satisfy my cravings, and it fits well in my low-calorie diet plan. I highly recommend using a blender with ice. I use it to start my day. Easy to fix, tastes great and holds me over for several hours. Although I'm lactose intolerant, I have no problems with this product and value it for a way to increase protein in my diet. I actually look forward to it each morning. Only wish it went lower on sale the 1st week of ea month as I'm elderly and on a strict budget. Nonetheless, it's well worth the money! Read more

I use the product daily for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. It is filling, tastes good, and keeps me going for hours. It's easy to fix (add ice and water in a blender with the mix for the best taste) and you then get a big jolt of protein (which is hard for me to get otherwise). Only negative thing is that it is too expensive unless it's on sale. When it is on sale, I buy in volume. I have recommended Carb Solutions to my friends and acquaintances. Love this stuff - it's sugar free and mixes easily in blender. Best of all, it really does taste good. One of these shakes for breakfast fills me and keeps me on the go until lunch. My husband and I experiment with different fruits add into the mix for vaiety, but this mix is tasty all by itself, too. Read more
