After trying several different supplements for menopausal symptoms, a friend highly recommended New Phase. Feeling somewhat desperate for relief, I immediately purchased some New Phase and I'm glad I did because it has worked beautifully. This worked for me as far as the night sweats and irritability; however, it gave me the worst gas I've ever had and extremely vivid nightmares. Now I know that there is a chance that these things are not caused from New Phase but when I quit taking it within one week these side effects disappeared. As happy as I was to not have hot flashes/night sweats, I think I'll have to learn to live with it. After being taken off of Hormone Replacement Therapy, I was experiencing over 20 hot flashes a day, and several times throughout the night. I didn't want to go back on HRT, so I decided to try this product. I started with the extra strength and it took a month, but now my hot flashes have been substantially reduced to less than 10 a day. I believe that stress can trigger a flash, so I know that I'll never be totally free of them, but at least I can deal with them better. I highly recommend this product. Read more

I tried other natural menopausal supplements but the night sweats, hot flashes and irritability continued. Then I began to use NewPhase. It took only a few days and the night sweats and hot flashes disappeared. I was hooked. The NewPhase Complete with fatigue factor worked well immediately also. I am convinced this product works. There is one concern I have, however, I have breast tenderness. To alleviate it, I go off NewPhase. I have not gone back to my GYN to confer with her about this but will do so. Read more

It worked for me!! I picked this product up from the store one day when I apparently thought that I was having hot flashes. I had been waking up wet around my neck and all of sudden I started to get the hot flashes. I used New Phase for three day and it worked. I have been taking it for going on four weeks now and not another hot flash or night sweat. I will continue to take New Phase for as long as it takes. Thanks New Phase, I recommend you very highly!!!
