As a product review site, we strive to give you valuable reviews and information about products you're considering. We do this by partnering with retailers whose customers have bought and used the products they review. We gather and present these reviews so you can make a choice about whether to buy the product at one of our retail partners in the Where to Buy section of the product page. You can read more about us in the About Buzzillions section. Because we specialize in high quality product reviews we leave the selling, fulfillment and shipping to the people who do it best, the retailers. That said, we don't have a warehouse, a customer service department, a shipping department or a returns department.

Some FAQs

Your pricing is wrong. When I went to the product page it clearly says the product I want is $199 at one of your online retail partners. But I clicked through, and it's listed there as $219. What's up?

Occasionally pricing info is not reflected fast enough and you may find a higher or lower price when you click through to purchase the product. We know it's frustrating and time consuming when you experience a discrepancy like this, and we'd love to hear about the product with the error so we can fix it immediately. It says the product I want is in stock, but I clicked through to buy it and it's out of stock. Where can I get the product?

Again, items do tend to come in and out of stock. We do our best to reflect these changes based on information sent to us by our partners, but we're not always 100% accurate. Should you find something like this, please feedback|snabela|powerreviews.com us. We are working on a way to notify you should a product come back in stock. You might also email the retailer who is currently out of stock to find out when it might be restocked.

I have a question about the specs of a certain product. Can you help me get more information?

Generally what we list in the specs and description tabs on the product page is generally all we have from our partners. Our partners are very willing to help you out should you have additional questions. Visit the retailer's site who sells the item and call their customer service line or email them for more information.

I signed up, but am having trouble logging into my Buzzillions account? Can you help?
