Would this dress be way too long for a 5' lady ?? If so, could it be hemmed- some of the revues make it seem it could not with the ruffles. Thanks

Hello Youngchick! The dress comes mid-calf on someone who is around 5'6. The dress may be a little long on you but it could be hemmed by a professional tailor. Regarding the longest ruffle, it may need to be hemmed slightly depending on how much you hem the bottom of the dress. Thanks!
