"Received unit with power switch not seated correctly. Needed to take apart and reseat. Needed customer support help to do a partition recovery via email. They were helpful. Overall really like this computer. Build an XP system 5 years ago and decided to update. This system is really quiet and fast. Only limiting factor is my internet service which is satelite."
