"After reading good reviews about this product I purchased a raised comfort guest bed from smart bargains. Recently had a newborn baby and had many guest in town visiting. Third night being used....Half the bed "broke" it lost it's support and over inflated. My guests spent the rest of their time here at a hotel. Wait...it get's better. I call aerobed to file for warranty. It takes them 10 days to process my warranty exchange. 10 days is totally outrageous. Wait...it gets better. They sent me a replacement...however it's the WRONG BED! They send me a single, not a full size bed! Not done yet.....I call Aerobed and they are totally non-apologetic to my situation (four guests in 3 weeks staying at hotels...). They say they will overnight a new bed to me. 10 more days...NO BED!!!! After numerous calls to customer service they finally figure out that the bed was out of stock and there is nothing they can do. Totally avoid this company with every inch of sanity! They are out to make a profit by selling bad products with worse customer service. A horrible, horrible expensive mistake. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
