"My friend got this for her newphews that live in CA. for christmas....and they are pretty young as in they are on the computer a lot and understand gadgets a lot better than people my age....Well they haven't figured how to put songs on there and they sent it back to my friend for her to try and firgure everything well we both can't figure it out ....CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP....there is no number you can call on this mp34 player if you have questions [...]..... so if someone doesn't explain this thing to us soon we will beging to think we got RIPPED OFF!!!!!! Oh and the instructions really do not help at all....[...] this product isn't very friendly!!! HELP ME PLEASE"
