"We've only had this washer for less than two months, and it has already ruined 2 loads of laundry. Sometime during the wash cycle, a type of oil or something has gotten onto our clothes (the load ruined yesterday were all new clothes from my son's 5th B-Day) and it won't come out. I called cust. service today who said they can't send a tech out until 4 days from now, and will not reimburse me for the clothes ruined. Bad washer, bad customer service. Do not waste your money on this one!"

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
