"Although at first it may seem you need more than a 2 channel mixer, it has an extra input on channel one and two extra inputs on channel two with a toggle switch on each channel. This allows you to input 3 extra devices (computer, ipod, extra mic, etc) besides the regular mic input already built in. The only drawback is you can't access all 5 inputs at the same time, you have to use the toggle switch to only access two at a time along with the built in mic input. Let's face it, you only need to play one song at a time anyway. The built in mic input has it's on volume control independent of the mixer channel sliders. It appears to be well built and yet light and compact enough to carry around from one gig to another. I use it as my main setup along with my computer. Of course like any professional, I also have a backup system."
