"I just started taking this product yesterday, and have already noticed a difference. I took one yesterday to see if I'd feel sick or not... no side effects yesterday. I woke up this morning with a DRY sore throat (I've not been sick in over 2 years - no colds, sore throats, or anything else) so I'm inclined to believe it's the pill. I took two this morning with a glass of milk, bottle of water and bowl of Cheerio's. After coming to work I still am full and haven't had my 10 minute after I get to work snack yet... AND, it's almost lunch time! I brought strawberries just in case, and they don't even look appetizing right now. I'm still full. I don't sleep well at night so I think to get the "3 pills" in a day I will take two in the am, and one at lunch. I've tried Slimquick and Metabolife and some others - they didn't work - what a waste! I have good feelings about it! Can't give it five stars since it's only a day."
