"I've taken this product for several days, and have found myself without cravings for food. I have to convince myself that I need to eat something around lunch and dinner time because I'm not feeling driven to do so. It helps me make good decisions about what to eat and portion size, since I'm not feeling out of control! I have no jittery feeling, but do have more energy throughout the day.
