"I Love this product! I have taken this product 3 different times. The first time I took it I immediately noticed an increase of energy without the jitters. Within days I noticed that my appetite had curbed. Before I was begging seconds at the dinner table but I could barely eat half a normal portion. Within a week I had dropped 5 pounds. I should mention that I was also riding an exercise bicycle for 20 minutes three days a week. Later I started the product again without the exercise and had the curbed appetite but not the energy or as big a loss in weight. I started this again a few days ago, riding my bicycle (started riding a month ago) and once again I see a dramatic change! People react differently to products. I tried metabolife with NO success. My body likes this one a lot with a little cardio vascular going on. Maybe you should try a small bottle fist or catch it on sale to see if it works for you!"
