"For anyone looking for that "quick diet fix," this is NOT the answer. However, its a great dietary supplement for those looking for a reasonable aid to losing weight. It does help the weight come off a bit faster than with just diet and exercise, and it has also kept weight coming off even if I'm not exercising for a time, or not eating as well... just not as quickly as when I am doing all of the above. I do highly recommend this product for someone looking for a product to help them lose the weight naturally, through diet and exercise, but not for someone who just wants to take a pill to lose weight! I've lost about 30 lbs in the past 3 months using a combination of better diet, some light exercise, and this product."
