"I take Liquid Gel Carb Blockers when I'm going to eat a high carb meal, as I want to refrain from spiking my blood sugar. Also, want to maintain my weight. I am not diabetic, but have slightly higher than normal readings. I went on a vacation, was unable to maintain a low carb diet, and used the Carb Blockers. I lost 10 lbs during those 2 weeks. I know it had to be the Carb Blockers, because I was eating pasta, pizza, potatoes...everything I don't normally eat."
