"I love these pills! They helped me lose 15 pounds and I've kept it off for 3 months now. I'm down to my goal weight of 120(im short) now :) These pills help me stick to my 1500 calorie diet without being hungry at all and give me the energy to do about 45 min of cardio every day. They also seem to help keep you on a normal bathroom schedule, so I don't have to take fiber supplements anymore. I took one pill a day for the first week, and then increased it to 2 pills after that. Make sure you take these at the same time everyday or you will get headaches, also dont take after about 5pm or you won't be able to get to sleep. The only side effects I've had are being a little shaky the first 1/2 hour or so after taking these pills, but I usually pop one after breakfast and then as soon as I'm done working out! I also use the carb blocker capsules occasionally from this same brand if I pig out a little :) Great product and price!"
