"Okay so I'm 30 lbs overweight, and I'm determined to get the weight off. I just took it two days ago, and its given me more energy than I've ever had. But it feels natural, not like an energy drink. I dont know how to explain it. So i took it two days ago and it gave me the energy to run on the tredmill for 40 minutes straight. So far, in the past two days, I've lost 4 lbs and I feel great.
