"I am a coffee drinker but only maybe two cups a day in the morning. So I took only one capsule around 1pm and the next day my palms were itching, my arms were itching, my stomach was itching... I dont know if this was a side effect but it was very concidental. I have not taken another pill since then. I was sure that it being Natural ingreds that it would be fine but dont know for sure yet..I will give it another try"
