"I started using these about 3 weeks ago. At first, I used to take these immediately before eating. But I found that if I take it about 30-45 minutes before my meal, then it does reduce my appetite. Also the first week of using it, I didn't notice any change in my appetite. I can't eat breakfast (I get sick if I eat too early in the day), so I take it before lunch and dinner. Currently I only take one pill which I think is enough for me. So far I have lost about 5-7 lbs without exercising. I don't sit around all day, but I definitely could use some aerobic-type exercise.
