"Archos has all the cool features, but I dropped my support the day it disabled the functionality to upgrade the hard drive or change the hard drive. If your device is broken, you can not change the hard drive yourself. That is the reason why my friends tell me to choose either Ipod, Sony UX ultraportable, Haier Rhapsody or others. I know many say byebye to this product. BTW the hard drive of Archos 30GB is smaller than its 20GB, 80GB and so on, which makes it worse than other model."
