"I bought this water cooler for my desk at work because I thought it would be quiet, not having a compressor. It is compact and fits nicely which means I drink more water and less soda at work. But, I expected a quiet unit, and it runs a fan all the time which is pretty loud and annoying and the water is only cool, never cold. But the hot water is very fast and hot. I'm satisfied with the product overall."
