"Great Product!!! Kids love it!!! We had it for 2 days but then product came apart at the seams. Tried to get new one shipped from the company & I have gotten the run around. No one will back up the product.[...]After 4 weeks of talking with Banzai, they still will not ship it out. [...]. I am now out [$], have a broken product, & my kids are sad because the summer is almost over. To top it off, I even purchased the Buyers Protection Plan extended warranty and still can not get it replaced. Please think twice about investing in this product. The chances of getting it replaced or refunded within the time frame is impossible."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
