This cheese is great as an appetizer and was served in this early Summer with Budweiser Beer with natural lime flavor(BL).

I also sliced the cheese and used it in my recipe of chicken cutlets stuffed with salami. The salami and a slice of swiss cheese were folded into the chicken cutlets. The cutlets were topped with the sliced basiron cheese and baked at 400 F for 45 minutes. The melted basiron cheese with the pesto flavor combined with the chicken cutlet wrap is really tasty and enjoyable!"
