"I looked at this system for a long time before finally deciding to purchase. The media center we received was defective but the company was very responsive in getting a new one to me. Once we set it up it was amazing! Especially the HD TV stations that broadcast concerts. Movies are great also. It was like being in a theater. The only thing I wish it would do is play Blu-Ray DVDs. I'm hoping a software upgrade is coming!"
