"Ive been using the kettle daily for a few months. It's very convenient next to my desk to be able to have coffee/tea anytime I want. The kettle is very sturdy and doesn't get hot when you boil water. Just the water gets hot, and stays hot for quite a long time. The kettle lifts off the base (which plugs into the wall) so that you dont have to deal with tangling cords. Automatic off is a big plus, because I can just press the button an leave for a bit to come back to a kettle full of boiling water. There's no funny plastic taste, which I was initially worried about because I heard some people experience that with plastic kettles. It's a bit more expensive than other models I considered buying, but so far no regrets!"
