Breville Smart Toaster Oven Review

Superb quality, terrific cooking

"I spent a good amount of time searching the internet and looking in stores to find an acceptable replacement for the toaster oven we had been using. Nothing seemed to be on the par with that oven, UNTIL I came across the Breville. After some serious contemplation I ordered the Breville [...] We've had it only two weeks now, but I've cooked a variety of foods in it, all done to perfection and equal to or superior to what we deemed as normal from our previous oven. I read with interest the comments by other reviewers of the "problem" with using aluminum foil or glass bake ware in the oven. Timidly I prepared some of the meals using foil and/or glass. Everything went just fine with no difficulties or snags. I kept the foil well away from the heating elements and I used Pyrex® oven proof bake ware. We haven't touched the big oven once since receiving the Breville. I am very happy with this outstanding product.The only fault I could find was that there is no option to cook without the timer, but I now consider that to be not much of a problem. At first the price seemed a bit daunting, but that evaporated shortly after having used the oven several times. You'll enjoy it!"
