"Saw an inflatable pillow in a Brookstone store at the airport. Got home and looked it up on their website. Found this pillow for the same price and assumed it was the same after the description mentioned "leg comfort". No where did it have any dimensions. The one I saw could be used to sit on and I assumed the reference to legs meant you could sit on this one. I ordered this and opened it up and it is a tiny little pillow. Called to see about exchanging it for another one (that used to be the same price, but is a clearance item now) and they tell me that I can't return it because it is a "personal care item". When I ordered it there was no mention that it couldn't be returned, when they confirmed my order they didn't mention it either. They say it is written in their policy somewhere on the website. And it is written on the back of the packing slip, but the only way to read that was to open the box. Thanks for the rip-off Brookstone. Will know better than to ever buy from you again."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
