"I followed the installation instructions to the letter. The software crashed every time I tried to use it. I uninstalled and re-installed 3 times. It won't work. I cannot even use this product once to review the pictures and other features. It is ridiculous.

Also, the description on the website says you can download up to 100 photos onto this. The device and the software explicitly state you can download up to 62 photos. Horrible false advertising. I am very disappointed that this will not work and I am leery of ever purchasing from Brookstone again."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
