"I have one of the older ones, (cheaper too) and got this one for another office. The layout is difficult to work with, if you are a touch typist, trying to do anything with a non QWERTY keyboard is a nightmare. There is no way to NOT waste ABSURD amount of label, you can't set the side margins to minimal because the distance from the print head to the cutter is almost an inch... so you waste that much as a minimum on each label. and the refills are not cheap. Poor design overall"

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
